Due to the upcoming freeze tomorrow (Saturday) the water at City Hall, the Community Center and the IPOIA Office have all been turned off; therefore, without restroom facilities it will not be possible for our volunteers to work the office.

ANNUAL MEETING & ELECTION

Mark your calendars for Saturday, Feb. 14, 2026, 10:00 for the IPOIA Annual Meeting and Election. Members who have paid their Maintenance Fees by Jan. 31, 2026, are eligible to vote on the 2026 Annual Budget and 1 property sale.


Absentee ballots will be available Wed. Jan 28, Sat. Jan. 31, Wed. Feb. 4, and Sat. Feb 7. Come to the office Sat. or Wed. 10-3 if you need an absentee ballot. We provide a pre-addressed envelope for you to mail your ballot to the Election Judge. Members receiving absentee ballots will not receive one at the election.
